About Mark

I am a garden, interior and furniture designer of over 15 years. I have designed, built and planted many contemporary cottage and formal gardens, created bespoke handmade kitchens, lovingly restored houses using traditional methods, and really, really love to make furniture. I believe that for great design to be truly beautiful it should celebrate simple, honest materials - form must always follow function. Every material has its rightful place.

Every piece of cork’s pattern is as unique as a fingerprint. It is warm to the touch and to the eye. It is tactile, sustainable and naturally resilient, making it both hard wearing and stylish.
